Illinois Bash Softball Association Board is comprised of parents, coaches and professionals.

Board members have been nominated, interviewed and voted upon. This process occurs once per year and those interested in serving on the board, in any capacity, may submit their name for consideration.

The Bash Board meets regularly, therefore if and visitors would like to address the Board, please send an email to info@illinoisbash.com to be added to the agenda prior to the meeting.

IBSA mission:

• Provide players with a quality learning experience, proper instruction for playing the game, high-quality equipment and facilities to ensure the safest playing environment possible.

• Ensure each player realizes their personal potential within a positive team environment.

• Promote positive family involvement in the IBSA experience.

• Prepare each player within their individual potential to compete at the next level of softball.

• Identify, recruit and retain the best volunteer coaches to provide a quality experience for both the players and parents.
